You’ll work as a team through realistic environments that replicate the complexity of real care — including confined spaces, bedroom and bathroom setups, tight stairwells, ward environments, and bariatric care zones.

Our ultimate team experience. Day 1 begins with the full Escape Room Challenge, followed by a provided lunch and exclusive access to the Centre for Excellence for the remainder of the day — perfect for exploring equipment, practicing techniques, or reflecting as a team.

In the evening, enjoy hotel accommodation, a group dinner, and drinks, all included.

Day 2 offers full private use of the centre for meetings, team-building scenarios, free-play training, or even your own workshops and content. A fully supported, all-inclusive experience designed to combine practical learning, team development, and space to think differently.
